Sport climbing between Lake Garda, Monte Baldo, Val d'Adige, Valpolicella, Valpantena and Lessinia. Verona Rock Falesie was born from the legacy of the Monte Baldo Rock guide. Driven by the desire to achieve what the previous authors had attempted in vain, Giovanni Avesani, Massimo Bursi, Fabio De Marchi, Claudio Migliorini, Diego Perotti, Giuseppe Vidali and Nicola Zorzi benefited from the active and participatory contribution of many Veronese bolters and climbers, a synergy which has finally made possible the first sport climbing guide covering the entire province of Verona. Verona RockCrags is therefore not only a complete and clear treatment of all the most well-known sites such as the historic Ceredo and Sengio Rosso, but also important new features, as well as less well-known crags or ones known exclusively by local climbers. Very suggestive natural environments such as the Adige canyon or the Lessini Mountains, next to the Little Dolomites, frame a great variety of walls, which range from supported slabs to strong overhangs. The best periods for climbing are undoubtedly the mid-seasons, but the abundance of walls with favorable exposures allows climbing all year round.
