It is 172km long from Arrone to Long in the west of St Andrews, on the Fife Loch coast, and is linked to the Cowal Way, the West Highland Way, the Rob Roy Way and the Fife Coastal Path. The route passes through a varied landscape starting from the sea, through Loch Lomond and the National Park in the hills of central Scotland, ending on a sandy beach on the Fife coast. It passes mountains, lakes and waterfalls, castles, fortifications and aqueducts, and is divided into sections ending in cozy villages and small towns with pubs and B&Bs. In English.
