Peru's Cordilleras Blanca & Huayhuash

The White and Huayhuash Cordillera boast some of the most spectacular scenery in the Andes and some of the most easily accessible high-altitude trekking and cycling in the world. Perfectly pyramidal peaks, gigantic ice waterfalls and crystal-clear alpine lakes are within easy reach of Huaraz, the region's capital and tourist hub.
