Norvegia - La via del Nord

The only difficulty in planning a trip to Norway is deciding on the itinerary. Unless you stay there for a couple of months, you will be forced to give up something. And crossing off some attractions from the list will certainly cause more than one disappointment. What to give up? To the capital with its museums and its outdoor life? To the endless inlets of sea that creep into the western coast offering spectacular views? For a walk behind the waterfall? To the ancient wooden houses so characteristic of coastal cities and villages? To the paths that go up fjords and reach farms that pay for fantastic views with isolation from civilization? Or the trails that cross wild national parks? And you don't want to miss an excursion on the glacier? The cliffs with the puffins certainly cannot be missed... And when will you be sure of observing sperm whales again? Ah, Lofoten... the typical fishermen's rorbu, the wild ocean coast, the air impregnated with the smell of stockfish hanging to dry. And then Tromsø, the Paris of the north; the discovery of Sami traditions; the Russian border. Give up on the North Cape?
