Travelling by walking means coming into contact with the Earth, which we trample step by step, and with its Nature to which we abandon our senses to be welcomed by Her in a restorative and regenerating embrace. And so hugging a tree, sleeping under the stars, listening to the silence, smelling and tasting the herbs encountered, bathing in the streams or isolated coves of the Mediterranean seas, admiring the flight of a bird of prey, are all emotions that fill us with energy. It is traveling at low speed, and therefore it is the form of travel that best allows for a vertical in-depth study of the places crossed. Walking has evolved in recent years from a sporting and performance activity (getting to the top) to a wandering, spiritual activity of inner growth. Walking more and more is a revolutionary gesture, against the current, but also a deep need that comes back to the surface. We want to talk to you about all this, introducing you to this noble art.
