Itinerari in Alto Appennino di Parma e Lunigiana

200 itineraries in the Parma Lunigianese Apennines, with lengths from 2 to almost 30 km and differences in altitude from just over 100 to over 2000 metres. The territory of this guide is included between the western and eastern borders of the Cisa pass and the Lagastrello pass. These are the mountains often referred to as the "High Apennines of Parma and Lunigiana": the itineraries take place both on the Lunigiana and Parma sides. We then climb a relatively short stretch of the high ridge of the northern Apennines, between Emilia and Tuscany, with some lateral chains. However, this area includes, on both sides, many transitions of landscapes, vegetation, architecture, accents, ways of doing things; if you manage to grasp them, they will surprise you and make you want to know their roots and history.
