Sentieri del Po

The banks of the Po and its Turin tributaries, Sangone, Stura di Lanzo and Dora Riparia, hide places of particular interest, where the spirit of walking can be combined with that of discovery. Driven by the new tourist role assumed by Turin, in which the landscapes and the territory constitute an irreplaceable "crown" of suggestions to complete the traditional museum, architectural and monumental destinations, here is an Alp guide which, after the Turin Hill, continues the series of itineraries to get to know the territory of the metropolitan area, with various and different opportunities for visits along the rivers, a guide which is also a suggestion for combining walking and jogging, canoeing and horseback riding, cycling and excursions, mountain biking and rollerblading, proposing various ideas for those who want to enjoy the outdoors, including sports lovers. Attached is a 1/25,000 scale map of Turin's cycle paths and 1/50,000 of the Po paths.
