Il Cammino Fogazzaro - Roi

The Cammino Fogazzaro Roi aims to be the first of the Cammini Veneti, long itineraries (basically pedestrian), which the Cammini Veneti Association intends to develop in particularly countryside and hilly areas in the Veneto territory. The Cammino Fogazzaro-Roi is the result of the work of a group of volunteers who love the harmony of the rhythm of the walk and who love their territory. This itinerary would like to make known and appreciated the part of the province of Vicenza that winds between Montegalda and Tonezza del Cimone, combining sport, environment and culture. The Fogazzaro-Roi Way passes through places and villas sung by the Vicenza writer Antonio Fogazzaro, and so dear to his great-grandson, the Marquis Giuseppe Roi, a "diplomat" of the culture and beauty of the Venetian land in the world. The Cammino Fogazzaro-Roi could only have been conceived on the occasion of the hundredth anniversary of the death of our great writer (1911-2011).
