Di Roccia di Sole

Five editions in almost twenty years give an idea of the evolution that the world of climbing has had in Sicily. In particular, after the explosion of climbing first in the Palermo area and then in the Trapani area, in the San Vito lo Capo area, here it is the turn of the eastern area, with Canicattini which is emerging as the third Sicilian pole. There are many new features, not only for the crags but also for bouldering and deep water soloing. The increase in multi-pitch routes also led the project to the separation between crags and multipitches (a volume that will be released following the one presented here) into two different volumes, as has already happened to many other important climbing areas covered in our series. A vertical universe described in detail with dedication and passion, a valid, beautiful and full-bodied tool for moving easily among the rocks of the island.
