balcony path runs along the entire Alta Val Chisone at high altitude, connecting Val Troncea to Villaretto, among pastures, woods, villages and mountain pastures. It is the Plaisentif Path, named after the recently rediscovered ancient violet cheese, an easy route to follow in its entirety in a small trek or to be divided into short walks as you wish. The guide describes the five stages of the trail, ideally connecting over twenty other excursions, to discover the splendid mountains of the valley. The route descriptions are embellished with numerous in-depth boxes that make it a unique experience, in contact with the "real" world of the mountains, between nature and the rural world, between the colors of the flowers and the encounter with wild animals, among traditional houses, fountains, ovens and sundials, with a look at the past to experience the present and think about the future.
