The Tour du Saint-Bernard is a route of 6 stages and 1 variant between Valais and Valle d'Aosta, which connects through the historic Col du Grand Saint-Bernard and the Col du Grand Ferret. Geographically it is located between Mont Blanc and Grand Combin, covers 5 valleys and touches 3 villages. The ideal starting point is Bourg-Saint-Pierre, but you can also start from the Col du Grand-Saint-Bernard itself, from the Italian and Swiss Ferret valleys or from Liddes. This tour offers first-rate landscape views, the Comba de l'A nature reserve where typical Alpine fauna abounds and breathtaking views, from the balcony between the Bonatti and Elena refuges to the summit of Mont Rogneux. Attached map printed on water-resistant paper with kilometer grid. Basic route and variations of the tour were recorded with GPS equipment.
