Alta Valle d'Ayas - Monte Rosa

The upper Ayas Valley includes the western peaks of the Monte Rosa Group extending from Gobba di Rollin to Castore and the municipal territories of Ayas and Brusson. The magnificence and brightness of the landscapes, the astonishing examples of Walser architecture, the presence of excellent refuges, a well-maintained path network and some historic mule tracks, make the Valley one of the most important excursion centers in the entire region.
