The story of the extreme snowboarder from Chamonix, who disappeared during an attempt to descend the Couloir Honrbein on Everest with his board. A character with special charisma and drive, who still today makes the hearts of many extreme skiing enthusiasts beat.

His CV was already impressive when Marco Siffredi tackled Everest in 2001. But his fame did not go beyond the circle of experts and in Chamonix, where he lived with his family, his over the top character had put him at odds with the austere mountain guides of the capital of mountaineering. From the incredible first descent with the board from the Nant Blanc of the Aiguille Verte, in the footsteps of his inspirer Jean-Marc Boivin, to the first full descent from the roof of the world, his exploits are ahead of their time. Even more so would be the plan to descend the Hornbein Couloir, again on Everest, in 2002. The Sherpas saw him enter the couloir on the north face, then lost his trail. Jeremy Evans has set up a massive American-style investigation to try to understand the reasons for the disappearance of an absolute protagonist of extreme snow.
