Laghi e sentieri dalla Valle Tanaro alla Valle Gesso

This book describes more than one hundred lakes in the Ligurian and eastern Maritime Alps, with the itineraries to reach them. In the volume, the lakes follow one another in geographical order: first the bodies of water of the Ligurian Alps, from the Laghetto della Madonna del Lago in Valle Pennaváira to Lago della Perla in Valle Vermenagna; then those of the eastern Maritimes, from the Laghetto della Rocca dell'Abisso, located not far from Colle di Tenda, up to the vast Laghi della Sella which are located in the upper Vallone della Meris (Valle Gesso). Included in the "From Liguria to Monviso" series, it is the third volume to be published, after Vette e vie normali, released in 2018, and Easy climbs and difficult paths, published in 2019. In reality this is only the first part of the work concerning the lakes: volume 4 of the series will be entitled "Lakes and paths from the Stura Valley to the Po Valley", and will be dedicated to the bodies of water of the western Maritime Alps and the southern Cottian Alps.
