Il mio amico Nepal

Andrea and Nepal are two climbers. Together they conquered many peaks, reaching over four thousand meters above sea level. The leader is always Nepal, who advances tied to the harness of his travel companion, two or three meters away, diligent and without fear. At a certain altitude the air changes, you can breathe true freedom, and every step must be precise, controlled... And to think that Nepal, a splendid example of a Czechoslovakian wolf, was born by the sea, in Genoa, and met the great altitudes only because Andrea, who lives near Sondrio and has the mountains in his blood, decided to take it with him. But he adapted immediately. In just four years the two have met people of all ages, overcome disappointments and injuries, participated in canine beauty contests, and once even saved Andrea's mother from a difficult situation that could have also become very dangerous. Without ever forgetting their great passion, mountaineering: in the snow their six footprints blend together and tell the exceptional story of a special, small herd.
