Italia coast to coast

From the Adriatic to the Tyrrhenian, an all-Italian coast to coast through Marche, Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany. A unique and evocative itinerary of 18 days on foot (or 9 by bike) along paths and dirt roads, which from the Conero promontory to the Argentario promontory will take you to discover regions rich in popular traditions, underground cities and ancient streets. You will visit medieval villages such as Nocera Umbra, Assisi and Todi, perched guarding the Tiber, Orvieto with its splendid Gothic cathedral, and then the tuff cities of Sorano, Sovana and Pitigliano, up to the natural reserve of the Orbetello lagoon, in Maremma.
