Vratsa climbing guide

Vratsa is located in the Montana region in northwestern Bulgaria and is rapidly developing as a tourist destination, focusing on outdoor activities with rock climbing being, probably, the most important of them. This guide includes all climbing routes - over 500 existing on the limestone cliffs near Vratsa - of which around 250 are fully equipped for sport climbing. The length varies from short to longer routes, with 10 - 13 pitches and includes all information as well as newly developed areas and routes. For each sector the routes are traced on photographs, with relative grade, length, number of quickdraws required, year in which they were equipped and by whom.
