Marco Chinazzo is a young entrepreneur who owns the "Cascina Besciolo" winery in Gorzegno (CN). From a young age he spent his time helping the business thrive, dedicating every available second to his vines. When his marriage goes into crisis and breaks up, he begins to see life in a different light. He understands that work isn't that important compared to inner solidity. This emotional earthquake leads him to think about his relationship with Rebecca, his beloved daughter, and it will be for her that he will decide to get back into the game and change his way of life. Looking for a "something" that will help him shed his gray past, he finds it in a pair of running shoes. They will be the ones who will help him make peace with himself and create an inseparable bond with his family. Running is not seen simply as a physical movement, but as the desire to push yourself further, sweating and suffering only with the aim of demonstrating to yourself and those around you that changes can only be achieved if you have the right belief . In 2012 he ran from Cortemilia (CN) to L'Aquila, covering the stretch in two weeks. Shoes on his feet, his faithful dog Krash at his side and the image of Rebecca in his heart as fuel for his legs. In 2013 he goes further and runs throughout Italy, covering 3600 km and moving throughout all the regions. In 2014 he threw himself into an unprecedented undertaking: the solo crossing of the entire Alpine arc following the Via Alpina Red Route itinerary, riding a bike. A feat never attempted by anyone and to date, completed only by him. Two months spent alone in the mountains, tackling via ferratas, fighting against the elements and overcoming slippery cliffs while balancing on two wheels. Marco thus measures himself with nature, its fears and its limits, experiencing profound emotions that place him, even if for just a fleeting moment, close to the stars.
