Year: 1999 Duration: 52 minutes In the tropics, in the middle of the Indian Ocean, three thousand meter mountains, sheer rock faces and impressive canyons emerge among the lush forests of the island of Réunion. An exceptional and unexplored adventure terrain, as the inhabitants of this island certainly have no time to waste climbing. But Gilbert, at fifteen years old, thinks differently. Since two French mountain guides moved to the island he began following them in their explorations. The beauty, climbing and canyoning of Réunion are thus told to us through the experiences of one of its young inhabitants.
